If we cancel — adverse weather, vehicle or technical issues — you receive a 100% refund.
Cancel at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your booking and you receive a full refund.
Cancel less than 2 weeks before your scheduled pick-up time and the deposit (10% of the total) is non-refundable.
Not arriving, or arriving more than 1 hour late without letting us know, is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable (does not apply to airport pick-ups — we track your flight and wait for you).
Need to change your date? You can reschedule to an earlier or later date at no extra cost, subject to availability — just contact us and we'll move your booking.
The booking & processing fee on card payments is non-refundable in all cases, including refunded or cancelled bookings.
