Where do I even begin??? From the beginning we were met by the lovely Courtney and felt right at home. We had a fabulous day swimming in the blue hole and dunns river falls. Lots of good conversations and laughs were had. Truly cannot recommend this business enough, we felt so incredibly safe and relaxed for excursions off the resort. I cannot recommend Exclusive Island Tours enough! From the moment my group of six arrived in Jamaica, the service was exceptional. We initially booked airport transfers and were fortunate to have Courtney as our driver. He made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe from the very beginning. Because of the excellent service we received, we booked two excursions with them the very next day: Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls. Courtney picked us up on time, accommodated a couple of stops we wanted to make before heading to the attractions, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. A few days later, we booked another excursion to Mystic Mountain, and once again, everything was perfectly organized. Courtney's professionalism, friendliness, and positive energy made the experience even more memorable for me and my girlfriends. What impressed me most was the consistency of the service. When it was time to leave Jamaica, Courtney was there at 4:00 a.m. sharp to take us on the long drive to Kingston Airport, ensuring we arrived with plenty of time for our flight. I’m not even sure where to begin. I don’t think I’ve ever known a tour company care so much about their clients as much as Exclusive Island Tours do. Communication was and is always perfect. Boss lady Janelle is clear, super understanding and open to questions, which in my case was many, since I was planning excursions for a group of 14. She was clear on process and pricing and navigated our demands as we added more things to the itinerary while in Jamaica. We went from three days of fun, to five! The transport was always immaculate. Drinks and plantain chips were a welcomed surprise. Courtney was our main driver and guide. He is super knowledgeable on the islands history and was keen to share the culture with the group. This wasn’t a one-size-fits-all thing for us. While we had a touristy plan, there were also other things we wanted to do, which the team were happy to oblige. This included a trip around Ocho Rios with highlights not on the average tourist trail (and a demand for a Juici Patties stop). We wanted proper jerk chicken, Courtney knew a spot and it might have been the best thing we ate all holiday. The suppliers they used were also great. Bamboo rafting was a classy and wholesome affair, our boat to the pelican bar was from the sweetest man, these guys just know what they’re doing and they do it well. Any time we’re in Jamaica, we’ll be getting back in touch. Thank you for helping make our trip so special.
