“I cannot recommend Exclusive Island Tours enough! From the moment my group of six arrived in Jamaica, the service was exceptional. We initially booked airport transfers and were fortunate to have Courtney as our driver. He made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe from the very beginning. Because of the excellent service we received, we booked two excursions with them the very next day: Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls. Courtney picked us up on time, accommodated a couple of stops we wanted to make before heading to the attractions, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. A few days later, we booked another excursion to Mystic Mountain, and once again, everything was perfectly organized. Courtney's professionalism, friendliness, and positive energy made the experience even more memorable for me and my girlfriends. What impressed me most was the consistency of the service. When it was time to leave Jamaica, Courtney was there at 4:00 a.m. sharp to take us on the long drive to Kingston Airport, ensuring we arrived with plenty of time for our flight. “Would definitely recommend Exclusive Island Tours. We booked all our trips before our holiday including transfer from the airport to our hotel. We were met at the airport by our driver Jordan who was very helpful and friendly, so much so that we requested him for the trips that we had booked during our stay. Our first trip was Bamboo Rafting followed by Dunns River Falls which was absolutely amazing- a must go to place if you’re visiting Jamaica. A few days later we did the Bob Marley Nine Mile Tour and then straight onto Luminous Lagoon, another amazing experience. Our next trip was to Negril and Seven Mile Beach where we took a Catamaran to Rick’s Cafe. Whilst on the catamaran we stopped for an hour to swim and snorkel over a coral reef. Our final trip was a visit to Rockland’s Bird Sanctuary where wild birds feed from your hand. All the trips were brilliant and arranged through Janelle, Exclusive Island Tours host. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we asked were answered quickly. Once again a big shout out to Jordan our driver who ferried us around safely, had a laugh and gave us an insight into Jamaican culture. So glad we booked with Exclusive Island Tours, they made our holiday memorable.”
