After a long flight, the last thing you want is a long line and a crowded shuttle. Pairing VIP Fast Track with a private transfer makes your arrival calm, safe and comfortable from the moment you land.

What VIP Fast Track includes

  • A personal escort who meets you as you leave the aircraft.
  • Skip-the-line processing through immigration and customs.
  • Help with your luggage.
  • Lounge access at Montego Bay (Club Mobay) or Kingston (Club Kingston), for arrivals and departures.

Your private airport or hotel transfer

Your driver meets you at the agreed pick up point holding a sign with your name and our company logo. We track your flight automatically, so if you land early or late, we adjust, no stress.

Every ride is in a premium air-conditioned vehicle with a professional licensed chauffeur, and covers all 14 parishes of Jamaica.

Use licensed transport only

In Jamaica, licensed tourist and public passenger vehicles carry red PPV licence plates. Never accept a ride from an unmarked car or from someone approaching you in the arrivals hall offering a cheap taxi.

The safest option is to book your transfer before you land. Your driver will be waiting at the agreed spot with a branded sign, your name, and a vehicle you can identify.

  • Look for red PPV plates and official tour operator branding.
  • Confirm your driver's name and vehicle details before you travel.
  • Agree on the price in advance, ideally paid or confirmed at booking.
  • Book return rides ahead of time for evenings out, so you never need to find a ride late at night.

Keep your valuables secure

  • Lock passports, spare cards and extra cash in your hotel or villa safe.
  • Carry a copy or photo of your passport instead of the original on day trips.
  • Bring only the cash you need for the day, in small notes for tips and craft markets.
  • Use a crossbody bag or zipped pouch, and keep phones out of back pockets.
  • At waterfalls and beaches, use the attraction lockers or leave valuables with your driver in the locked vehicle.
  • Keep expensive jewellery and watches at the hotel.

More everyday safety tips

  • Stay hydrated and use reef-safe sunscreen, the Caribbean sun is strong.
  • Wear water shoes on wet rocks at Dunn's River, Blue Hole and other falls.
  • Politely decline unsolicited offers from street vendors or self-appointed guides.
  • Stick to well-known attractions, beaches and venues, especially after dark.
  • Save our WhatsApp number, +1 (876) 219-0741, so help is always one message away.
  • Drink tap water only where your hotel confirms it is safe, otherwise choose bottled water.

How to book

  • Choose your airport or hotel and your drop-off area.
  • Add your flight details for airport pick-ups.
  • Pay in full, pay a 10% deposit, or pay on arrival.
  • Add VIP Fast Track for the smoothest possible arrival or departure.
